TrainingPractical training to build internal capacity and ensure compliance with Malta’s evolving regulatory framework

Maintaining a robust internal Quality Assurance (QA) system is essential for any institution operating under MFHEA regulations. As the national framework evolves, so do the expectations for academic integrity, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Our step-by-step training process for institutional excellence

We start with a strategic consultation to assess your institution’s training needs. Together, we identify key areas for development—such as internal quality assurance, policy understanding, or MFHEA compliance—and define objectives, audience, and delivery format. This phase ensures that the training is relevant, targeted, and fully aligned with your institutional goals.

Based on the consultation, we develop a tailored training programme. Each module is adapted to the roles of your team—be it Quality Assurance Officers, academic staff, or management—and reflects the latest MFHEA standards and regulatory updates. Programmes can focus on practical QA implementation, audit preparation, policy writing, or continuous improvement strategies.

We deliver the training through the most suitable method for your team: in-person workshops, live online sessions, or hybrid formats. Sessions are interactive, practice-oriented, and designed to build institutional capacity. We can also provide one-on-one coaching for key roles such as the Head of Institution or QA lead.

After delivery, we offer structured feedback tools to assess knowledge acquisition and engagement. Participants receive materials, guides, and practical templates for direct use in your institution. Follow-up sessions can also be scheduled to reinforce learning and monitor early implementation efforts.

Training is not a one-off event. We provide optional follow-up training, updates on regulatory changes, and refresher modules to ensure your team remains informed and ready for audits, licence renewals, or internal reviews. Our long-term approach ensures sustainable improvement in your Quality Assurance culture.
